IRIS RECOGNITION USING HAAR WAVELET TRANSFORM AND HAMMING DISTANCE


The human need for system security will continue to increase and it can be obtained from the system that has a different key for each person. To answer the request, recently developed technologies related to the human recognition system with one of the physical body / unique behavior, known as biometrics. Biometric systems are automatically identified based on the characteristics of the individual or the different characteristics of every individual. Current iris recognition technology is a relatively new biometry and predicted needs are increasing. It is therefore important to conduct research aimed at designing iris recognition system, to know the accuracy of the designed system and to know the factors that affect the level of accuracy. Iris recognition system in this research consisted of the localization process of the iris from the other part of eye, feature extraction using wavelet haar transformation is stored as a template and recognition using the Hamming distance in the iris template. Gray eye image data used in this research was taken from the database MMU (Multi Media University). The results showed the accuracy of the test of practice data obtained 100% accuracy rate and of intraclass data obtained the best accuracy rate was 75%. To test the foreign data (interclass), smallest Equal Error rate (EER) is 0.05 with hamming distance threshold value of 0.35. The existence of eyelashes, eyelids, reflecting light and image-making positions affect the iris recognition process.

ESTIMATION OF MARINE FISHERIES EVALUATION CAPTURE DATA AT FISH LANDING PLACES PACITAN DISTRICT OF EAST JAVA


Collecting and recording data is required in the preparation of fishery statistical data capture fisheries. Fishery statistical data has a significant meaning because it is the first step to build a data base of fisheries in the development process in a comprehensive fishery. To provide a description of the implementation of fisheries development which has been implemented, the necessary data that reflect to the real condition. The purpose of this research is to know the estimation of  total production by conducting data collection with a list SL4, SL-5 and EL-2, and to know the differences between DKP data collection at Pacitan District and data collection of the research.
The results stated that the amount of production data in research and DKP Pacitan District is different. The correction value on April for TPI and DKP data of  Pacitan district is 0,50 TPI data and 0,64 DKP data . The conversion value on April for TPI and DKP data of Pacitan District is 1,97 for TPI data and 1,56 DKP data. While, on Mei the correction value known for TPI and DKP data of Pacitan district is 0,16 TPI data and 0,41 DKP data. The conversion value on Mei for TPI and DKP data of Pacitan district is 6,01 TPI data and 2,4 DKP data.

MONITORING CONDITION OF CORAL REEF IN WATER TERRITORY OF PRIGI BAY DISTRICT OF TRENGGALEK


Information about condition of coral reef in water territory of Prigi Bay in general very limited. Hence required action of monitoring to be able to know condition of coral reef in the area. Observation method of coral reef condition applies reef check method, applied to know percentage of the reef cover. Observation done at two locations as of swampy forest coral reef in Prigi Bay that is site I Pasir Putih and site II Patok Sawo. From result of research is got percentage of life reef cover in site I Pasir Putih at depth of 3 metre equal to 36,875% so that condition of coral reef in categorizing breakdown and at depth of 10 metre equal to 13,125% so that condition of coral reef in categorizing hard breakdown. At site II Patok Sawo percentage of life reef cover at depth of 3 metre equal to 46,875% so that condition of coral reef in categorizing breakdown and at depth of 10 metre equal to 44,375% so that condition of coral reef in categorizing breakdown. From this knowable research that condition of coral reef in Prigi Bay in general in a state of breakdown. Hence from that requires of research is having continuation to watch condition of damage of coral reef residing in water territory Prigi Bay District Of Trenggalek, that damage can be monitoring and the result can be made policy base in management of the area to the fore.

BIOECONOMIC ANALISIS OF TONGKOL IN PRIGI TERITORIAL TRENGGALEK REGENCY EAST JAVA


One of the important species economic fish that has big of catch volume than other fish in Prigi territorial is Tongkol. Bioeconomic analysis in management of fishery resource especially resource of Tongkol that continuing by consideration aspect biology and economic to be given the maximal of advantage economical but also continuity resource of Tongkol can be awaked ( advantage of biology).
Standard of fishing gear for Tongkol fishery in Prigi is Purse seine. Pursuant to Schaefer and Waltern-hilborn models, condition of resource Tongkol in territorial Prigi  still under exploited. Pursuant to Gordon-Schaefer approach, condition of Tongkol in territorial Prigi also still under exploited. At MEY condition got rate of effort 168 units, in MSY condition 259 units, and MsocY 355 units. Rate of effort  at this position is rate of effort bioeconomic equilibrium in open access condition.

STUDY DYNAMICS CONCENTRATION of KLOROFIL-A INFLUENCED [BY] [is] PHENOMENON of ENSO ( El-Nino Southern Oscillation) [IN] STRAIT of BALI its BEARING WITH DATA HAUL FISH of LEMURU ( Sardinella Lemuru ) OWNED [BY] PORT OF PENGAMBENGAN-BALI


Phytoplankton (klorofil-a) and ENSO (El-nino southern oscillation) are parameters of oceanography which become indicator of fertility  territorial water. With expanding technology, specially  remote sensing, so researcher using that remote sensing for anticipation khlorofil-a parameters and phenomenon ENSO (El-Nino Southern Oscillation) to determining fishing ground. The resource using to know relation  dynamics concentration khlorofil-a has been correlated effect from phenomenon ENSO (El-Nino Southern Oscillation) with result capture lemuru fish per Unit Effort in Bali’s strait. This resource using MODIS Terra level 3 and signal Enso in Nino 3.4 in year 2003-2008 with applying some algorithmic anticipate kholorofil-a. And than, result extraction concentration khlorofil-a from MODIS which correlated with display ENSO with using that image analisis  connective with resoult capture lemuru fish in same date. That result resource showing that khlorofil-a in normal condition territorial water dan effect El-nino have low relation with CPuE, is 0,02 dan 0,68 compared to khlorofil in effect La-nia whith CPuE, is 0,82

THE PRODUCTION OF GLOW PLUG SIMULATOR ON ONE-CILINDER, FOUR-STROKE DIESEL ENGINE


Diesel engine is a produces the biggest power of all engines, Therefore, many vehicles use diesel engine, for example bus, truck, train, and weigth loader in a mine. The purpose of the production glow plug simulator on the one-cilinder, four-stroke diesel engine is to assist teaching-learning process especially on how an initial/heating system works a diesel engine.The methode producting glow plug simulator includes : setting the engine, making engine stand, and installing on electrical motor as the motor drive. The result of production is a glow plug simulator which can display the movements of each component in a diesel engine so it will be easy to be learned.

DESIGN AND PRODUCTION OF WATERWHEEL DIAMETER 500 mm WIDTH 185 mm


Water is energy source to get easier and cheap. In water available potential energy (when waterfall) and kinetic energy (when waterflow). There for, destination from design and production of waterwheel diameter 500 mm width 185 mm is to  advantages the energy from water, especially change to electrical energy. Because many village have river but it not get electric energy. For 1,5 meters high of waterfall, we can get 158 watt. So, more high of waterfall more big watt or power we can get.

THE IMPACT OF THE PRODUCTION FACTORS ON FISH CATCH BY HAND LINE AT PRIGI WATERS SUB-DISTRICT OF WATULIMO, TRENGGALEK REGENCY, EAST JAVA


The productivity improvement through the economic and technique efficiency in order to maximize the benefit (productivity) could increase the prosperity of the fisherman. Variables used in this research are Gross Tonage of the fishing boat (GT), Engine Power (PK), main line length (m), a number of hook, the length of the line below sea surface (m), fishing ground distance (mile), number of setting per trip,experience of theboat crew, shipmaster experience, fuel allocation and work hour (h).
The research shows that the production factors that has significant effect on the fish catch of the hand line are, Gross Tonage of the fishing boat (GT) with the regression value was 0.636 and the t-test was 4.162 and a number of hook with the regression value was 0.492 and the t-test was 2.202. While for the other production factors show un significant effect on the fish catch of the hand line.

THE PRIGI NATIONAL FISHING PORT MANAGEMENT, TASIKMADU VILLAGE WATULIMO SUB DISTRICT, TRENGGALEK, EAST JAVA


Fishing port management is an activity that evaluate the port facilities in order to gain the maximum function from each facility. In this case, the operational efficiency towards is working productivity. The aim of this Field Work is to know the activity of in the Prigi  National fishing port management, Trenggalek East Java. The method used in this field work are of observation, active participation, interview the data used consist of primary and secondary data.
This field work show, that: Prigi National Fishing Port management consists of planning, actuating and evaluating process, which in the 2008 described a good category of port operational level (60-80) the success rate is 66,74 %. It conclude that the operational level of PPN Prigi in the year of 2008 is increase compared to the indicators such as production number, production value of fish catch and Non Finance Tax Income. In the other hand, the indicator of boat visitation decreased if compared to 2007. This is because of the fishing method used in 2008 more efficient by the use of fish attracting (rumpon).

PURSE SEINE EFFORT TEMPORAL CONVERTION AT PENGAMBENGAN, JEMBRANA, BALI


These research is explain about Purse seine development at Pengambengan. The development of Purse seine is influenced by technological aspect. Beside that, the less information from Fishery and Marine Department) is as background of this research. Historical method is used to know the generalization temporal of Purse seine effort. Since 1970’s when Purse seine had been introduced to Pengambengan’s fishermans until 2007. The result of this research indicated that technology aspect has developed by some period. The development of Purse seine effort is caused by modernization and motorization technology, and indicated unsynchronized between catch and effort. Which is include engine and net variable. This is approved when effort from engine and net is increase rapidly, but the catch development is not as well as effort development.

FISHERY ACTIVITIES TRENGGALEK DISTRICT EAST JAVA PROVINCE


The study, with a title Fisheries Activities Trenggalek at East Java Province with the order to know what kinds of fisheries activities in each district in the Marine and Fisheries Trenggalek, knowing the policies and work programs Marine and Fisheries Trenggalek, knowing fisheries production centers in the area Trenggalek and enhance administrative capacity in institutions Marine and Fisheries Trenggalek. Research methods using secondary data and primary data include observations of activities, active participation, interview. The results of this research include the potential of marine resources in Trenggalek big enough. Beach line in Trenggalek  is 96 km with Sea area of 4 miles is ± 71,117 ha. Fisheries activities in Trenggalek involves catching fish in the sea, fishing in public waters, the cultivation of fish in fresh water, brackish water cultivation (pond), fishery product processing and marketing of fishery products. Production centers in fisheries activities include processing Trenggalek traditional and modern fish (processed), and the results are marketed in the form of either fresh or processed for consumption in the district and outside the district. Policies and work programs that have been made compared with the DKP workmanship that occur in the field has not seen the most and still needs improvement, addressed to the fisheries business.
